Refund Policy

At VAN Studios, we are dedicated to providing personalized, results-driven services that help your business grow. Our custom solutions require time, expertise, and collaboration, and our refund policy is designed to reflect the investment made into each client’s unique setup.

Custom Package Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent with our clients. Refunds are available only for custom service packages that we design and build specifically for your business needs. This includes website funnels, branded automations, CRM configurations, and tailored marketing workflows.

To qualify for a refund, we require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle or project milestone. This notice must be submitted via email to our support team and must clearly state your intent to cancel services and request a refund. This timeframe allows us to allocate resources appropriately and process cancellations with minimal disruption.

Approved refunds will be prorated based on the stage of service delivery, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs or services already completed.

Software Access and Platform Subscriptions

Please note that refunds are not applicable to software subscriptions or platform access under any VAN X plan. This includes:

VAN X Lite

VAN X Pro

VAN X Social

VAN X AI (add-on)

Platform fees cover ongoing access to our digital infrastructure, tools, integrations, and maintenance. Once access has been granted or services activated, these charges are considered final and non-refundable.

We do not issue refunds for:

Partial months of software access

Delays caused by missing client information or incomplete onboarding

Time spent on strategy calls, project planning, or internal setup

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the terms outlined above, please contact our team at [email protected] with your full name, business name, service package details, and your cancellation request. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to respond within 5 business days.
